Robust Build Quality. Built for strength and durability, the Toyota Tacoma Stubby Front Bumper is constructed using high-quality steel materials. The main body is formed from 11-gauge (1/8-inch) heavy-duty steel, while the tube guard utilizes strong 1.89″×0.06″ steel tubing. The mounting structure and winch plate are crafted from thicker 9-gauge (5/32-inch) steel to provide enhanced support and structural integrity. A textured black powder coat finish enhances the rugged appearance while protecting the surface against rust, scratches, and harsh weather. The interior is further treated with a premium E-coating for added corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
Installation
Straight Forward Installation. Installation of the 3rd Gen Tacoma Bumper is straightforward. Firstly, remove the middle part of the factory front bumper. Secondly, assemble all the parts to form a complete steel bumper. Thirdly, position the winch plate and bumper and secure them using the factory bolts. Finally, adjust the position of the bumper and tighten all the bolts. This bumper comes with clear instructions and all the necessary hardware, ensuring a hassle-free installation process. Some basic hand tools are required for installation. The installation takes about 1.5 hours.
