Durable and sturdy. The Explorer rear bumper features a swivel tire rack and 5.3-gallon tank holder mount, and is designed to be rugged and provide excellent off-road protection. It comes with a license plate light and two 18W LED spotlights. Bumper features high strength D-ring mounts (D-ring not included) for recovery purposes. Additionally, it includes a license plate mounting flat surface and mounting holes for added convenience. Swing-out tire racks and jerry can holders enhance the functionality of the bumper, providing a storage solution for important off-road gear.

The Explorer rear bumper body is constructed of heavy-duty, high-strength 11-gauge (8/11-inch) steel, the mounting structure is constructed of 9-gauge (5/32-inch) steel, and the swing arm steel is constructed of 9-gauge (5/32-inch) steel. This rugged construction ensures durability and strength, providing excellent off-road protection. A textured black powder coat, along with a premium electrocoat finish on the interior, adds style and corrosion resistance to the bumper, making it suitable for challenging off-road environments.
Simple bolt-on installation. The Hooker Road Explorer Rear Bumper utilizes existing factory mounting points to provide a worry-free upgrade to your vehicle, with a simplified installation process that requires no cutting or modification. Align the rear bumper with the factory mounting points to ensure a secure fit on the frame. Tighten all bolts securely and install in about two hours using basic hand tools and the help of a friend.
