The Motobilt Jeep YJ front shackle hanger kit was designed to specifically clear the lower bolt on your front bumper. All other companies use a universal kit and it will not clear the factory front bumper. When it comes to the Jeep Wrangler YJ we consider ourselves experts and look for ways to improve on even the simpliesst of items.
The Jeep Wrangler YJ front shackle hanger kit is 100 percent American made. We laser cut, CNC form, and weld these kits in house at Motobilt. The shackle hanger kit is made from 3/16 inch thick steel plate and the round tube is 1.75″ OD x .250″ wall DOM tubing that has been machined down for a smooth mounting surface.
