Bolt-on Installation and Wiring Operation. Hooke Road Fender Flares were designed to be a direct bolt-on upgrade using just basic hand tools. Just remove the factory front fender flares and assemble the steel fender flares with supplied bolts. There is no requirement for drilling or cutting. Installation of the LED lights will require some wiring for operation.
