We designed our Jeep JK Superduty Dana 60 swap kit to make it easy for you to put a Dana 60 from a 1999-2004, or 2005-up Ford Superduty in the front of your 2007-2018 Jeep JKU or JK. This kit is designed to work with a Dana 60 driver drop front axle out of a 1999-2004, or 2005-Present Ford F-250 or F-350. All parts of this kit are keyed to the truss, making installation a breeze. Simply center the truss, set the angle, and all other components will locate off from the truss. This kit includes all of the needed suspension brackets to install a Dana 60 under your Jeep JK, welding is required. This kit is designed to be used in conjunction with a custom 3 link front suspension, the upper link mount features a 2-5/8 inch mounting width and a 9/16 inch bolt hole.
Installation Notes:A 3 link front suspension is required to use this kitTrimming of the casting on the drivers side and the inner C’s is requiredThe lug pattern on the Superduty Dana 60 is 8×170 this will not match the factory lug pattern on your Jeep.Custom lower control arms and a custom track bar is required. A new frame side track bar bracket is included.Brake lines, driveshaft modifications, vent tube, and steering linkages are the responsibility of the end user.
