Description
When building or updating leaf spring axles, at some point you may need to add or replace damaged or worn out spring perches.
This weld-on kit is designed for axle tubes measuring 2-1/2″ outside diameter. These work well when installing a spring over onto a Dana 35 rear axle. The top mounting surface measures 6″ x 2-1/2″ & includes three (3) 5/8″ diameter holes. The extra holes allow you position your leaf spring either on the center of the axle tube, 3/4″ forward of the axle tube or 3/4″ rearward of the axle tube. The top mounting surface sits 2-1/2″ above the center of the axle tube.
The spring perches are constructed from 1/4″ thick high grade steel & professionally formed using a CNC press brake.
Product ships as a pair as raw steel & require welding to your axle tubes.
